Do you feel like you need to change something but don’t know where or how to begin?

It may be that you feel drained, lacking energy and vitality. Perhaps your body feels constricted with constant inflammation and pains. Or digesting food isn't as easy as it was some years ago.  Its also possible that the levels of stress you are experimenting now are overwhelming and anxiety has become an uninvited companion in most of your everyday life. It can even be that you just want to feel good in your skin and change some unhealthy behaviors.

If you are reading this, I’m guessing you probably feel lost between what you want to feel and how to get there. I too have been there, not knowing how to begin, how to feel better, where to start. And I want to let you know that it is possible. Feeling light, healthy, vibrant, sexy, sensual, real, lovable, acceptable, deserving, full of energy and all that you crave to feel is possible. It's all a matter of changing your perspective... and it all start within yourself.

I offer you to approach health and well being in a different way. This approach isn't a quick fix, a one size fits all kind of way. My intention is to support you in your process of changing behaviors from the root. I offer you to go beyond the trends and create a lifestyle, a state of being... A life of Radical self-love.


Transformation isn't an overnight thing and it might take time and be uncomfortable at times. But believe me when I tell you that the kind of change you're looking for, needs to begin inside and it's totally worth it because it's real, lasting and full of love.

How does it work?

As your coach I put the power back in YOUR hands as you approach your health holistically.

Most approaches to a healthy lifestyle focus only on the body -counting calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins- and leave aside the fact that everybody is different and that not only your physical body, but that your mind, emotions and soul play an important part of your health. I'll guide you to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes in different aspects of your life during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, they collectively create a much larger impact. We work on what you want to improve within the circumstances of your unique situation. 


With my experience and education in holistic health, I work with you to help you make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, happiness and most of all, self-love.


Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationships as well as career and money. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life.
